The fit of the internal parts is poor. There should be an interference fit.

Poor fit of the internal parts. An interference fit is believed to hold the idler on a spring loaded pin. However, some of the pieces I received will not stick together (fall apart if I turn them upside down) and none of them will support the weight of the double leaf door once installed.
