I liked this product when it worked. After five days, water started spouting from the back of the device. My husband contacted the manufacturer, fixed minor problems and received a replacement device. Fast forward eight months and we're starting to lose functionality - the water stopped heating, the cycle started shutting down and wouldn't start, the unit started beeping until you unplugged it. .I contacted support ten days ago. They tried a few troubleshooting steps but nothing helped. They asked for proof of purchase, a photo of installation and unit identification, and a replacement order number. I have included photos of the markings and all of the filament replaced in my original email. It's been seven days since I submitted all the requested information and final troubleshooting results and there are crickets. I resent the email four days ago and still no response. The unit cannot be returned through Revain as they have marked our replacement unit as returned. So, I have a super expensive toilet seat - with a wireless remote control! I will try another manufacturer from Costco. They stand behind their products.
