2013 F150 5.0. The upper hose o-ring fits perfectly. Just make sure you push the hose all the way on. There is a notch that needs leveling. Once you've attached the hose, it shouldn't move. If this is the case, the hose will rupture and spill coolant all over the engine as you drive down the street. Bought for the top and then the bottom of the Y connector. As with most kits on Amazon, only the top will fit. The lower part of the Y-piece does not replace the lower hose section or the overflow tank.
