When I received this box it was very heavy and very well packed. I opened the box and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful these pots and pans are. The weight of the pans makes them stable on the furnace eye, and the way the pans are made allows for even heating of the pan bottom. I made scrambled eggs one morning and the eggs kinda stuck to the pan but I think it was more cheese than anything. But unlike my other pans, I only had to soak the pan for a few minutes, after which it was cleaned with a tea towel and went straight into the dishwasher. These pots and pans are beautiful and worth every penny I spend on them, I will have them for years to come, my other pans usually change about every two years but not this one.
