Sometimes when I try to add something new, nothing happens at first until i refresh or close out and open again. If you are looking for an integrated platform that will give you everything you need then this could possibly be what you're after but if not maybe look elsewhere? We have been using it since early 2018 and we love how quick our processes run through the system. Everything is easy to use and the system is very flexible and allows you to customize to your needs. I can access all of my patient's information from anywhere I have internet access.
