I'm new to vacuum blending, so when I started making smoothies in this, and then tried to repeat the same recipes at a family members house with their blender and they looked different, I wasn't sure at first what I was doing that made them seem to different. My drinks at home looked more colorful and vibrant when I made them in this. It was then that I learned that the vacuum was helping prevent oxidation of my fruits and veggies. Reds from berries are brighter and green veggies almost glow they're so vibrant.This blender mixes everything so well and so smoothly. I tend to wash it out right away after making a drink with it which makes clean up a bit easier. I wouldn't say it runs super quietly, but it's not painfully loud either. Love how well it works and how easy it is to use!
