This exercise bike saved lives during quarantine and a smoky Northern California summer. My husband had shoulder surgery earlier this year so we've already made the decision to buy a trainer and use it until he can get back on the bike. Little did we know how handy and useful this little device would be. It's pricey for the small pieces you get, but it's durable and easy to use. Changing bikes is not a problem since each of us uses it almost every day. The workout is incredibly harder than on a real bike because there's no incline to rest on and the wind doesn't blow sweat from you. I highly recommend this trainer to all bike lovers. It keeps us in shape even when we can't get out and ride. No excuses!
