Good value for fuel cap

Check engine light. 2000 Cavalier Z24. To inspect the gas cap, remove it, cover the gas filler tube opening with plastic wrap, and replace the gas cap. If this fixes the check engine light, replace the gas cap. worked for me I was also able to move the tether.
