Review on EBC Brakes DP4911R Yellowstuff Street by Jonah Riggle

I have mostly used standard pads and wanted to try these. They promise (and deliver) better initial bite than stocks. I haven't really beat them so can't speak to the fading resistance but I've been confident with them from day one. I only have about 10,000 of these so it's taking me a long time to know how long they will last. I usually get around 40k-45k Honda pads so we'll see. I didn't notice a huge difference in maximum stopping power, but the initial bounce is comfortable. My Civic always had soft brakes to my liking, even when the car was brand new. My new EBC pads (and discs) may not have given me a "new car", but they are a step in the right direction. My impression so far is that this is an upgrade until one expects miracles.
