Pedal is cross-threaded and no one to talk to?
I have repeatedly tried to find a link to talk to someone about the pedal on this bike to no avail.The (1) pedal is cross-threaded. It fell off on the first bike ride because of this. I would prefer to have something done with the pedal as opposed to returning the whole bike. It’s a shame I cannot easily find someone to talk to I order to remedy this issue.
- Easy to maneuver on different terrains, including pavement, grass, and dirt roads
