Update. 6/28/2017 After posting the review below with 3 stars I was immediately contacted by the seller COCO-VISION. And asked again if 2 replacement lights would resolve this issue. I said sure and 3-4 days later the lights arrived in perfect condition. I was also informed that the reason for the delay in response was due to the person handling my issue was no longer working there. I still give the product itself 5 stars. And due to the issue being resolved I upgrade the overall review to 4 stars. I do feel however that a backup system needed to be in place to handle CS issues when employees leave a company. This is evidently not the case. That is why I am still withholding 1 star.I order 2 boxes (4) initially of these solar spotlights. I was so please that I ordered 4 more boxes for a total of 12 lights. They are much brighter than anything form the local hardware or big box stores. The 18650 batteries do last all night and the light and solar panels are easy to adjust. I would give this product 5 stars all the way. But I cannot due to damaged product and poor customer service. 2 of the lights in the same box arrived damaged with the solar panels broken totally off. So I contacted the seller "COCO-VISION" sent them a picture of the problem with the SKU#. They promptly replied the next day asking if a replacement set shipped would be adequate to resolve the issue and to confirm my shipping address. I replied next day saying a replacement set would be great and complimented them on their quick reply. Well about 2 weeks went by with no replacement lights arriving so I sent COCO-VISION a quick mail just to inquire on the status of the replacement lights. Nothing.No reply or response. I thought to myself they may be shipping from China so I'll give them a few more days. I contacted the seller again a few days ago as it's now been over 5 weeks and again nothing. No reply, no response. I give the product 5 stars because after 5 weeks 10 of the 12 that I paid for that were functional, are all still working perfect. But I must deduct 2 stars for poor customer service. 1 star for not shipping the replacement lights and 1 star for not even acknowledging my emails.
