Review on 🥦 Environne Purely Essential Fruit & Vegetable Wash: Highly Effective Cleaning Solution, 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 6) by Katie Bowers

This was the first vegetable detergent I used; Since then I've tried other fruit washes but I keep coming back to this brand because I really feel it washes my produce better. First, it's more focused - it helps a little. I put a drop in a bowl of water and soak small foods, or apply the drop to larger foods like apples or pears. With other fruit cleaners I need much more and the results are usually not as impressive. Second, I see dirt on the water after soaking my food. There is debris at the bottom of the bowl and sometimes a film of "something" (wax? chemicals?) floats on top of the water. In addition, after soaking, fruits and vegetables acquire a lighter color without a whitish tint on the skin. I've found that other fruit washes I've tried leave this white film. Finally my products taste exactly like they should after washing with this product. Other detergents leave a lemony or citric aftertaste on products, which is very noticeable with delicate fruits like blueberries or strawberries. Of all the brands I tried, this was the only one that won me over.
