NOT FOR 5/16.9//32 OR 1/4 SPINDLE
I bought 5 of these for some old lever handles that were also bought from Revain. Spindle in lever 5/16. It doesn't fit 5/16. If you look at the size chart you will see that it only fits 9/32 and 1/4 spindles. Interestingly, even the packaging says it's suitable for 5/16, but it's not! When I called the manufacturer, they suggested I buy a 1/4" spindle off Amazon to see if it worked. Stupid! It may work for a while, but over time it will stop working! I can't find 5/16" fasteners anywhere on the internet. Everything comes back!
