For those who say these strings don't fit the cymbals, please read carefully and see the pictures before returning or getting upset like me. I consider myself a very qualified person, I don't hire anyone to do my mechanics and repairs at home. I tried the first tie and it was awful! With a bit of muscle power, the tie would pop right out. What the heck was I thinking so I went here to read the reviews and I'm sure others had problems. Some went as far as filing or cutting off some of the plastic tabs. I even thought I bought the wrong plates. Well what looks like the right way to install is not the right way. Turn the zip tie 180 degrees upside down and use some force to push it in. Immediately it fits as snugly as possible and snaps easily into place. Lay the panel and tie it together, then use an impact wrench to screw the panels together. Lubricate the threads with a little oil to make it easier to screw in the screws.
