So far so good. I connected this morning when I got to work. Windows 10 immediately recognized the device as a Bluetooth device automatically. Adding a phone and headphones gave me an older moment. I assumed that both would connect automatically. Possibly due to the fact that there are about 5 other devices that need to be connected at work, they didn't automatically connect (colleagues and other devices nearby). After a quick read through the instructions, I was able to easily add my phone and headphones from the Bluetooth settings. For long-term reliability, I need to update this review regularly.
