I needed this size fast so didn't use my usual supplier. With the right drill speed and coolant, the first one moved forward a bit, the second just sort of rotated in the hole, so I used the largest of my good cobalt drill bits to drill the through hole. After going back to them and pushing too hard on the drill, I think the third pack out of five finally managed to burn through more than cut a hole. I was drilling in 1/16" hardened steel. I used my good cobalt bits to drill smaller holes in the same steel and they basically went through with some pressure. These I don't order here, cut like HHS bits like cobalt. I would not recommend it.
