LOVE these! Great price for a good size. I have back and neck injuries from being run over by a 35,000 lb truck around 2010; and also the driver decided to run the stop sign and run me over in 2016. I have permanent injuries that I deal with 24/7. My block of 10 (along with some reusable snaps/thermal bits I bought from Revain from another seller) and my home massager/percussor (also from Revain and a third party seller) made a HUGE difference. I rarely take painkillers because I don't want to become immune to them and they don't work later as I get older (when I really need them). that's enough. However, since I regularly experience pain in some areas of my body, I want to share anything I've found that helps/works with others. (Tiger Balm Ultra and Bio-Freeze Spray are also good regimens to complement home therapy. DO NOT use dozens of units over Tiger Balm or Biofreeze. Apply AFTER AFTER! Otherwise you will feel more pain. (UGH) This might work may or may not work for you. Order a smaller quantity and see if that helps. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the pads left a SMALL redness on my skin. Maybe it was this area too high was just more sensitive as i worked on this area for a week more than usual due to more intense pain than usual the other 3 pads left no redness YES will buy again when the time comes.
