The best part of this system has to be its easy-to use interface with all other systems, so it's very simple when you have an issue or if you want something changed within your program. I don't like how slow things can go sometimes; however, they are working hard at improving their speed issues! It would also help greatly if we could set up reminders in advance as well (which isn't currently possible). We've been able to save time by having our patients' information stored easily without needing multiple files/data entry from each patient visit. This helps us keep track quickly since everything goes into one record instead of separate ones which saves tons of space AND makes keeping accurate records much easier than before using another product where there was no centralized storage place/record kept throughout visits. Our office uses both Asnansoft EasyRecords as well as Dental OneFile Plus - therefore being compatible between these two programs allows me more freedom during.
