The ease of use, very helpful customer service when needed - fast response time to questions or concerns! I like how it integrates with my Google Docs so easily allows me access at any location via phone/tablet etc.. It's not as easy (or intuitive) in creating charts than other softwares but still doable if you know what your doing!! It has all of my patient information in one place, which makes it easy to find what I need when needed!It can be very confusing at first but once you figure out how everything works there's nothing better than having your info right where yuou want or needing whenever u r working with patients/clients etc.. The best part of this system has to be its easy-to use interface with all other systems, so it's very simple when you have an issue or if you want something changed within your program. I like how easy it was to use, all of my information from patient visits are in one place so there's no missing forms or paperwork! It has been difficult at times finding things as well but if you know where everything should be then this isn't an issue anymore.
