I like that it helps me track calories & fat intake as well as physical activity. It makes you feel accountable for your food choices which is important! Some functions are not fully developed yet - such as an app store where people can download apps related to nutrition or food preparation/cooking. Notifications are delayed by about 10 min. This takes some getting used to but once you do understand how it works, it's great. Tracking my daily calorie consumption has helped reduce cravings for unhealthy foods, especially those high in carbohydrates (e.g. pizza).
