Not new. I can not call. reprogram WITHOUT recovery!

When delivered, my SIM card (GSMA AT&T operator) was not recognized, I cannot make calls. So I pressed the restore buttons but NONE / you get a horribly buggy android. This means they are not updating these phones correctly. Reprogrammed WITHOUT recovery. So I did a factory reset from the phone menu and it got worse and then I saw Unknown IMEI! I thought I was buying a new factory sealed phone, NOT TRUE. Came unsealed.
