I'm not sure if I have a bad spool or if it's the filament itself. I print a lot of PETG, I've printed PETG from Atomic Filament, eSun, Prusa, Maker Geeks (RIP), Hatchbox, RevainBasics, 3DXTech, FilamentPM, 3D-Fuel, GreenGate3D and more with fantastic results! But I just can't get decent pressure from this roll of Polymaker. Polymaker recommends a nozzle temperature of 230-240Β°C, but I've had better results at 255Β°C. I've tried changing my extrusion modifier to anything between 100 and 88 and slowing it down to about 50% of my normal PETG speed, but I still had issues with poor extrusion at times, filaments sticking out in layers that the nozzle then met and clumped it . With most prints I also have a slight layer separation that occurs when my fan turns on at layer 4 (40% fan). And yes, I ran the spool through a filament dryer at 65C for 24 hours to make sure it wasn't damp. All this on a standard Prusa MK3S and a Prusa MK3S Bear with a Bondtech extruder. the same results. I printed a full kg, very few of my prints were usable, none of them meet my standards. Maybe I just got a poor quality spool due to the good reviews of Polymaker Polylite PETG. But unfortunately I've spent hours and hours trying to get this stuff to work for me to no avail. It's a shame because I really wanted to use cyan to reprint printer parts for the unique printer I have. If I ever try a different coil and it works great I'll change my rating, but so far that's my experience.
