I ordered this for my wife when we realized we were spending too much money on kombucha each month and decided to brew our own. This set includes everything you need to get started except the bottles. It takes a bit of learning, but they have tips on how to do this and an FAQ on their website, so it's very informative and takes a lot of guesswork. The only problem we have now is that we have to convert the container to a bigger one as we use up our kombucha faster than we can brew it!
