Waste of money for reptiles and amphibians

I bought these lamps as an alternative to normal heat lamps as normal ones seem to burn out quickly, boy was I wrong. I went through all 6 lights in 2 months. They burn out once every two weeks, much worse than regular incandescent bulbs. They also don't generate as much heat as a traditional incandescent bulb. It's a waste of money, don't buy it.
