This is a really good value for money knife set. I would recommend them and I would buy them again. Good quality and nice design. The design of the blades is more noticeable in Revain photos than in real life, much depends on how the light hits them. The design of the blades makes them more expensive than they actually are. The quality of the knives seems really good and with proper care I expect them to last me for many years. I had no problem getting all the knives into the block. In almost every knife review you read, there will be people complaining about the rust on the knives. Many knives say they can be washed in the dishwasher, but that's not the case. Such knives rust and lose their sharpness in the dishwasher. Once done, I hold them under the faucet to remove any leftover food, dry them with a paper towel, then dry them off and put them back in the pad. They are excellent for cutting vegetables, meat and the like. I would recommend chopping down a tree or opening cans with them.
