Lackluster results from the much-touted ThreadArt

My expectations as a crafting expert were high for ThreadArt, but I was disappointed by my interactions with the business. ThreadArt has a lot of goods, but it's a hassle for customers to look for what they need on their website because it's so disorganized. Also, compared to competing stores, they take longer to send orders, which may be a dealbreaker for those who are in a rush. ThreadArt has reasonable rates, but their products frequently fail to live up to their high standards. There have been reports of fraying and other problems when using their thread and embroidery floss compared to that of competing companies. Last but not least, their customer support is poor, making it hard for customers to get problems with their orders fixed. While ThreadArt is a good option for novice crafters, I would advise those with more experience to seek elsewhere. The alternatives provide superior quality goods, more helpful customer service, and more streamlined navigation.

Pros
  • Website that is simple to navigate
Cons
  • Fewer overseas delivery choices
