Unbelievable unbelievable this item arrived and completely useless right out of the box. NUTS DO NOT CUT BOLT! Yes, I yelled that sentence. This spare wheel holder cannot be mounted because the nuts do not match the threads of the bolts. It has NO fuse as the NUTS CAN'T THROW THE BOLT! So the value of my money is zero. Do not buy. I am 58 years old and own a boat. I'm KMOW when nuts don't get screwed on bolts. Oh yes, it's MADE IN CHINA!
