They work fine! Best Power & Hand Tools

Bought these to drill holes in my new onyx tiled shower screen to fit brush and washcloth holders. Onyx is expensive and I didn't want it to crack. First stick the blue painter's tape on the spot to be drilled. Be generous with that. Then use a marker to mark where you want to make the hole. Then start with the smallest drill bit to start the hole. If it started well, switch to. Next larger drill bit if you need a bigger hole. Continue this process until you have the desired hole width. I preferred to do a little less again. Final penetration through the onyx to minimize or hopefully avoid damage to the back of the onyx tile. Measure the required hole size up to the drill bit before you start so you know where to stop on size. Also measure the depth of the tile to the mark where you can start the drill. This will give you an idea of where you are when penetrating the tile. When you're done, remove the tape. Blow debris out of the hole. I used the silicone in the tube to set the hole before inserting the dowel into the screw as it needed to be in a humid location. Once the anchor is in place, attach the anchor base to the anchor to ensure it is flush. I then screwed it in, making sure the piece lined up, which I did when I found the hole marks on the tape. I then added the final fastener, making sure it was level since it was square, and tightened the set screw onto it. Everything has become perfect.
