Review on 🌑️ ThermoPro TP20: Wireless Dual Probe Meat Thermometer for Smoker BBQ Grill by Zack Frazier

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I just changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars, here's why.

When I received my thermometer I had the same problem as many others, the sensors wouldn't turn on (I got the HHH message on the display). I was very disappointed and wrote a review for the first time to warn potential buyers. The very next day, ThermoPro representatives contacted me, apologized and said they were aware of the problem and how to fix it. Solution? Squeeze them harder haha and it worked! I felt so stupid but yes that is the solution, just apply more pressure without fear of breaking them. Anyway, I've used it twice now and the results are impressive. Accurate, easy to set up, easy to read and no signal issues. Ideal. There is one thing though, if you remove the orange peel you will see that it looks made in a cheaper country. I don't know if it's the thickness or type of plastic, the texture, the finish or whatever, but it doesn't look as premium as it needs to. But I'm just analyzing the material, the truth is that it works great and that's the main thing. The fact that they answered before I called them was of the utmost importance to me. So if you are looking for an easy to use, reliable thermometer, look no further.
