These switches are nice looking and big. The switch plates are nice, but they're so flimsy it's quite difficult to tighten the nuts without ruining them. The soft aluminum is just too delicate to hold against the switch, and the little burr that goes into the slot to hold it just disappears. It takes a very careful hand to keep the panels and panels pressed firmly and aligned the way you want them. Also, I had to remove one of the switches and it was very difficult for me to remove it because the switch body started spinning and I couldn't loosen the nuts! I had to modify a very thin wrench to get 14mm to get to the rear nut between the case and the board.
