As is so often the case, the curtains on my van were missing the first few brackets and the curtains just didn't work properly. I found them and they looked like a good match for what was factory installed. They turned out to be a snug fit and fairly easy to install using pliers to open and close the connector ring. After the missing ones were installed I also replaced the malfunctioning ones and now the curtains work like fresh from the factory. I also bought an end stop to keep them from loosening. If they are missing from your device, you will need to replace them when installing these brackets. I would highly recommend them and will keep the additions in my RV tool kit.
