This is my pups first pack and he took to it well. It is ready to adjust and use right out of the box. My dog is a 62# shepherd and the medium fit him fine, he was right on the edge of the measurements. I would recommend sizing up if your dog has a big chestThe pack didn't move around, even through out visit to the dog park. He was able to run around just fine wearing the pack. Also the pack is very sturdy. I included the harness pic for those who use them.There are two areas for improvement: the fabric and size of bags. I would have moved up a size just for the pocket size. His standard size collapsible water bowl doesn't fit in with a water bottle. I can fit a 3-cup water bottle and poop bag roll on each side and that's it. The pack significantly heats him up More, so I will likely be carrying more water in my own bag for him, along with his bowl 😕 also I thought it worth mentioning that the fabric is a fur magnet and while it seems very sturdy for the trail, really heats up the dog.
