This is a great knife sharpener!
This sharpener works very well. Gives the knife a nice, even edge with little or no effort. Do not put pressure on the knife to sharpen it as it works without pressure. Of course, you have to touch it on the edge of the device, but because it works so easily, you don't have to put in much effort. My pocket knife was the first thing I tried it on. Nice and sharp after a few hits. It makes a great gift for that "specialty chef" you know. You will not regret buying this machine! Great price for a good product.
