I really like this dash cam. It has three cameras, front (A), interior cabin (B) and rear facing (C). All three produce high quality full HD videos and the sound quality is excellent. The main camera is mounted on the windshield by first placing a piece of electrostatic sticker on the windshield and then a small piece of 3M double sided tape on the camera. When I first attached the camera it wasn’t in the right place so I had to move it. I was afraid the sticker wouldn’t work again but it stuck as well as the first time. The rear camera is attached to the back window also using this 3M tape and is connected to the main camera using a 20 foot cable. I was able to easily hide this cable behind the headliner and the trim of my truck using the tool provided.The camera has a bright 3” LCD touch screen display which enables you to see all three camera views with amazing resolution. The screen is very responsive to touch and has audible confirmation which can be turned off if not desired. Set up was a breeze. The camera asked me to format the SD card and after that the camera was up and running. The camera menus are straightforward and easy to navigate.This camera has built in GPS and Wi-Fi both added bonuses. The GPS and speed readings are accurate and when you download footage via Wi-Fi on the Vantrue app it shows your exact location at that time using a map. The Wi-Fi feature allows you to access the camera using the Vantrue app. I had a little trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi but it was operator error. After contacting customer support, who responded immediately, I was advised to turn off cellular on the Vantrue app. The cellular also needs to turned off on settings on your phone. Once this was done I connected right away and downloaded files onto my phone.As previously mentioned the video quality of all three cameras is excellent. The video resolution is bright, crystal clear and not affected by bright light from the sun. License plates are easy to read and all three cameras can provide 360 degree monitoring.I really like this dash cam. The GPS feature is added insurance in case of an accident and the Wi-Fi feature will allow me download footage to my phone right away. I like the ease of navigating the menu on the touch screen and the fact that it has three cameras that have high quality video.Highly recommend this camera.
