I've been using this clamshell egg cooker at a coffee shop for 7 years. I would say I microwave about 50 eggs EVERY DAY, 7 days a week. These three packages are a good deal. At this rate they serve about a year and a half while retaining their non-storage characteristics and generally about 3 years. So forever for the normal person who doesn't microwave eggs all day. Tip: Use real eggs, cream or milk and mix them with a little lemon juice before pouring over them so that they don't brown in the microwave. Gray eggs are not Buenos.
