There is no way to balance!
I purchased this item for a custom e-bike battery pack I was building. After installation, my battery stopped charging. It will charge until one of the cells reaches 4.2 volts and then stop. I opened up its back and found that it was missing all of the SMD components on the back that allow it to balance. It was just a glorified battery protection circuit that couldn't be balanced. Do not buy this device if you want to balance your batteries. The seller brazenly claims that this device tops up the wallet when it doesn't.
