Maybe I connected it wrong, but.

Power connector doesn't seem to be getting power. I get 43V directly from the cells but nothing from the BMS. Oh, it was worth a try I think

Do not buy this product

Brought a few weeks ago, worked for a few loads then died. Ordered replacement, same works for a few charges, then died again. The price is right, the product is definitely not.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - Doesn't balance

BMS is a versatile balance board with multiple online video reviews. It is noteworthy that there are no balancing resistors on the back of the board. It doesn't balance the cells.

Works great: Power accessory

I built three 36V 8Ah battery packs for my e-bike with SPIM08HP batteries. BMS works great. I do 10 miles on a pack at full throttle, 30 miles at half throttle and pedal assist. Even at full throttle it doesn't get hot. Cuts power at 30.0 volts and charges at 42.0 volts.

replacement ordered.

Refuses to fully charge. -c connected to negative of the charger. -p to negative output. -b to battery negative. All benefits are interconnected. Before connecting I measured all cells at 4.09 - 4.11V. It didn't budge after 8 hours of connection, all cells had the same voltage.

He says what he does and does what he says. Just make sure you have the right connection.

Perfect for my use. Turns off when battery voltage is too low. Reconnects once the charger is turned on and the cells are charging. Switches off immediately in the event of a short circuit. (I discovered this by accident and am very glad that BMS did what it was supposed to) A word of caution: make sure all the wires are properly connected to the cells. If one is left open, the BMS will fail. Don't ask me how I found out, because I'm not admitting anything.

There is no way to balance!

I purchased this item for a custom e-bike battery pack I was building. After installation, my battery stopped charging. It will charge until one of the cells reaches 4.2 volts and then stop. I opened up its back and found that it was missing all of the SMD components on the back that allow it to balance. It was just a glorified battery protection circuit that couldn't be balanced. Worked great to replace a water damaged battery

The name speaks for itself. A few years ago, I bought an e-bike battery from a Chinese seller on Amazon. The battery was advertised as waterproof, but apparently it wasn't. It has withstood a lot of rain, but after the rainy season this year the battery stopped working.
