Review on 🍳 Anolon Nouvelle Copper 11 Piece Cookware Set, Sable - Nonstick, Hard Anodized Pots and Pans by Wendy Roney

SORRY TO ALL WHO BUY THIS SET AFTER YOU READ MY REVIEW (First Paragraph), READ SECOND PARAGRAPH! On my stainless steel cookware I cook at 4 1/2 to 5. On them it's about 6 1/2. So they're not as conductive as my stainless steel, but after a while I got used to it. I only have to remember two hob settings. It's okay, but it takes time to get used to. CURRENT THOUGHTS I've been using these pans along with other cookware for several months. At first I thought I just had to adjust the induction worktop a little and it would work fine. But now I understand how slow this set is to heat up or adjust. If you have an induction I would encourage you to look elsewhere. These pans just don't handle induction like they should. Of course, if you're not interested in speed or temperature flexibility, these pans are fine. In fact, I still use them BUT I'm looking for a different solution for my nonstick needs. I ONLY GIVE THEM A 2 STAR RATING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT INDUCTION.
