A "flush " handle inside will not sit flush without making modifications to your door.

The overall quality and appearance of this handle is very good. Three stars instead of five because of a "hidden" problem. The back of the panel attached to the inside of the door is NOT OUTSIDE. See photo. A pocket on a thin plate is not machined from one piece of metal, but a second plate is spot welded on the back side. . This means the flat handle won't fit snugly against the door unless you bring a wood router to the door. Nothing I want to do with an $800 wooden door. However, if you are good with such tools, this is good equipment.
