I bought this zoom meeting webcam and it works for her. My laptop (2020 MacBook Pro) usually sits on the side and I wanted the camera to be above the large monitor I'm putting in front of me and not at the angle my laptop's camera is seeing. face, but I was disappointed that none of the photos in the existing reviews actually showed the camera output, so here it is. For comparison, I've attached a snapshot from my MBP's built-in camera. I also have comparisons that show the ring light off and full brightness. This camera is vastly superior to the built-in one, but it doesn't set a high bar. Is that really 1080p? there is no heaven This statement appears to be pure fiction. The image is quite pixelated but suitable for zoom meetings. The ring light can help a little, but not as much as I was hoping. This webcam won't replace my DSLR for large presentations, but it's much more comfortable than for casual meetings. My biggest complaint about this thing is that the autofocus doesn't work well. Often my face is blurred and the wall behind me is clear. The constant pursuit of focus is also distracting. Also, it would be nice if the ring light could be toggled on and off with the camera (it's not, you have to control it manually via the touch button on the front).
