DESKTOP: Used with a base 16-inch MacBook Pro (Late 2019) that uses a USB-C port to power the device from the first monitor and a Belkin multiport adapter to connect a second monitor to another USB port -C - the device does not support triple (A,B,C) setup for MAC via two HDMI ports, only on Windows according to the seller notes Monitors used: ASUS MG248QR and Samsung SMS22A350H, 24" or 21.5". PROBLEM: Constant dimming during use! When the Mac goes to sleep and then wakes up, blank screens also appear. Rebooting seems to fix the problem, but once it sleeps as above, the constant remains blank return screens. Can't get the job done! The video explains everything but I couldn't do anything! An attempt was made to use the product after the 30 day return period had expired but luckily I called and the representative granted a one time late return exception.
