Our dining chairs have narrow legs (less than an inch in diameter) and I've tried many different felt pads. Stickers, silicone bushings, hard plastic bushings. There's always a problem. The pads fall off after a while. The sleeves are either too small or too big. Our chairs have hard plastic legs so I was hoping these nail pads would fit and after a few weeks of use they did! Repairing them requires some finesse. I bent a few times and had to try again, but first a light tap and then a harder tap seemed to work. They stay in place and protect our soil. The only question now is how long the cushions will last and whether I can nail new ones into the legs through the existing holes.
