The crimper is great, the stripping part only works with some wires
This tool works as advertised. I'm not sure why anyone would use a regular RJ45 crimp tool and not a through tool. We have both and I like this one a lot better. I think it's much easier to use if you're an amateur. The only issue I had was that the cable stripper works well with some Cat5e cables but not others. I bought power plugs from Klein Tools and they are perfect for this tool. Now I'm making my own patch cords!
