Review on DROK 090581 DC-DC Buck Converter - 5V 5A/25W Step-down Voltage Transformer, 12V/24V to 5V Power Supply Regulator Inverter Module by Black Croom

Spent more money because it looked like a quality device and mostly had good reviews. Installed in the glove box of my UTV to power my tablet. On the first ride it did not work for a long time and the tablet died. I noticed that the power supply is not stable. The first email DROK responds with is a request for more information, so I ran a 30 minute test and emailed them a detailed report, but three days later there was no response from them. The voltage gradually drops and does not supply 5 VDC. I don't want to waste any more time. I got out of Revain's 30 day return window and now find that it doesn't state any warranty or that it works with auto voltage so I guess I'm just stupid and offended. Will order a device from another manufacturer/vendor that states it will work with auto voltage.
