I bought this product but the first one never arrived. One day I received my second order; So far I can honestly say that this little gadget works great! I also have an iPhone 11 max pro with a pink OtterBox case. I'm a high school teacher and I've walked on concrete so I needed a good protective case. Anyway, the gadget holds my iPhone 11 max pro with my OtterBox. It now takes a bit of jiggling to get it into the mount, but once it's in, it's in. He doesn't slip. I like the fact that you can rotate the phone easily. Excellent goods!
