Chef's knife Winco.

Absolute advantage for less than $10, you can't beat it. This is a fine commercial knife used in restaurants around the world and sold everywhere. I have this and the 12 inch version which handles very large items with ease. They hold the edge very well and are cheaper than most other commercial cutlery items.
