For some reason I get flat spots a lot. The whole time. I want the strongest tire I can buy and the Hardshell seems like the right tire for me. People claim that the rubber compound is too hard and doesn't provide proper traction. I didn't find that problematic. People also claim that they are not as flexible as other tires and are too difficult to ride. I see no problem here either. I just want to get out and drive without worrying about the next puncture. I put about 2500 miles on the last pair. During that time I had only one plane made out of a piece of metal that I hit at 35 miles per hour. I'm pretty sure any tire would be doomed.
