This is my second Voice Caddy and I was very interested in the incline distance. I really like my old model, so I treated myself to the new SC4. I played a few rounds with the device and it worked great. After my 5th round I started having problems with the device causing the button to get stuck when pressed causing the voice to repeat the distance and annoying some of the golfers around me. Secondly, I had major problems with turning off the device, I had to hold down the button to turn off the device and since the button is very small, it was difficult to do this with a gloved hand. Several times I had to put the device in my pocket because it was following the route due to a stuck button. I tried to return my unit to Revain but it was 7 days past the return date so I had to contact Voice Caddy and request an RMA. I hope they replace the unit but I had to pay for shipping and insurance. I sent the device back on May 11th, let's see what happens. Follow-up: I contacted my language provider and they set me up for an RMA, so I sent my device back to VC4. After the evaluation, a new device was sent back to me, which I received on May 25, 2021. I used the backup device for the first time on Thursday of the same week and it worked well on the first nine holes, but on the last nine I had the same problem as my first device. The button got stuck, causing the distance to repeat itself several times in a row. I lifted the back of the button so it wouldn't speak and tried double-tapping again to find the distance between the front and back, but the button got stuck. I contacted Voice Caddy via email just asking what they could do for me. I am waiting for an answer. I sent an email on May 29, 2021.
