Review on Review Management Software by Charles Fowler

The most amazing thing I like about this is that it has an option of emailing or writing reviews via SMS which i think would be great if many companies could do something similar with their product/service provider! Also there are no limitations in terms of number of times you can send reminders as well. Sometimes people don't respond when contacted by any mode other than phone so maybe adding more modes will help resolve such problems too? Otherwise its good software but not very user friendly at all. As far as my experience goes, everything was fine except sometimes sending texts didn't work properly though the website said success-full message sent successfully.
