Fits Ford F A 1979-250 Supercab with 33 " tires to replace a failed OEM stabilizer bar. I have two 79s, one with factory stabilizer bar steering and the other with this Rancho unit. A factory stabilizer bar is acceptable with stock tires, but something larger from an aftermarket stabilizer bar like Rancho, Trailmaster, Rough Country, etc. would be better (dual anti-roll bars are recommended for tires over 35". You will lose a bit of steering response compared to the factory unit, but the reduction in cornering over bumps outweighs that small downside for me. The truck is a lot easier now to keep between lanes and jerks less off-road. All in all a great product that includes ALMOST all the mounting hardware needed for a replacement. Unfortunately Rancho missed a nut but I was able to reuse the original so no major problems unless yours gets confiscated.
